Richard brings experience of business management, product development and sales in large blue chip organisations and private companies – across a number of geographies. He formerly managed the Middle East and Asia Pacific region for the Institute for International Research, providing information and communications services to the telecommunications industry.

Before that, he was the Australian based Director of global publisher Reed Elsevier. After leaving university, he had joined IBM UK – and became their youngest marketing manager, working across technology sectors with insurance and airlines businesses in London and Sydney. Richard holds a BA from the University of Sussex and an MBA from London Business School.

John is a qualified CPA and joined CS in December 2009. He had previously held a number of financial executive roles with SME companies in Ireland and the UK. Most recently he had led the internal audit practice for a large services organisation. He brings a wealth of experience of corporate and financial governance disciplines, as well as import and export control management. BA in Business Studies from LIT Donegal.

Responsible for teams that develop and deliver global technical deployment and support. Leon joined Creativity Software in 2010 having held Project Management and Customer Support Management roles at EDS and Hewlett Packard. Prior to this Leon served as an Officer with the British Army.

Leon holds an MSc in Information Systems from Liverpool University and an MBA from Bath University.

Deepti joined CS in 2009 and has over 20 years of experience working in the telecom domain, encompassing design and development of mobile network services. She started her professional career with Tellabs India working on SDH/DWDM embedded systems. She was working on Dialogic soft switches and call-control protocols before joining Creativity Software.

Deepti holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from North Maharashtra University and is a PRINCE2 practitioner.

Trevor is a senior business leader with over twenty years experience in delivering business growth, building and executing strategic plans to deliver new revenue and sector access and leading high-performing multi-functional, geographically spread teams.

Corine is an established business to business marketer with over seventeen years of international experience. She helps telecom software companies to raise their market profile, generate leads and build credibility in order to drive sales. Corine excels at establishing thought leadership, developing impactful marketing and communications strategies, and articulating the value of B2B technology solutions.

Previously European Commercial Director for Openet, and prior to that Vice President Mobile Cloud EMEA & APAC at Aepona. Batchelor of Business Studies in Marketing & Languages from Institute of Technology, Carlow, Ireland.

Dr. Keith Bhatia rejoined SS8 in 2018 and has more than 25 years of leadership experience in both the telecom and IT markets. His expertise includes strategic planning, operations, driving key technical innovations, and international business.

Prior to SS8, Keith served as senior vice president and general manager at Comtech successfully generating business growth and managing several acquisitions. Prior to Comtech, he was responsible for new business acquisition and product management at Neustar, Movius and ADC. Earlier in his career he was CTO at IP Unity where he grew its international business, working with companies such as Nokia, Huawei, Cisco, and NEC. He holds an MBA in International Finance and a Doctorate of Business Administration in Technology Forecasting.

Cemal has been with SS8 since 1995. As SS8’s Chief Technology Officer, he plays an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth in regards to its security, personnel, physical assets, and information. A renowned expert and thought leader in the legal compliance and communications analysis domain, he has been a frequent speaker at various industry conferences over the past 10 years. Prior to joining SS8, Cemal held software engineering and business development positions at NewNet, ADC Telecommunications and Telenity. He holds BS, MS, and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering.

Jerry brings over 20 years of experience across Corporate Development, Finance, Operations and Product Strategy to the SS8 team. Previously, he was Vice President and GM of Global Strategy for Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure, a leading solutions provider for the Public Safety & Law Enforcement industry where he managed strategic and financial planning, M&A and business development. Jerry has also held senior positions in corporate strategy, M&A, business operations and product marketing at Symantec, the market leader in cyber security and Brocade, a global storage networking provider acquired by Broadcom. Before entering enterprise technology, Jerry launched his career in the Investment Banking & Brokerage industry working across sales and finance with FBR Capital Markets for nearly a decade. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Irvine and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
